If you have any questions about using Beresa, please visit the Beresa Support Center for instructions.
For new users, please read this guide to activate your hardware wallet.
You can recover your assets in one of the following ways:
1. Purchase a new Beresa, import a previously backed-up recovery file, and restore the wallet to retrieve your assets.
2. Import the mnemonic phrase into BeresaToken or another wallet that supports the BIP39 protocol, then restore the wallet to recover your assets.
Note: If you’re unsure which wallets support the BIP39 protocol, you can download BeresaToken.
Beresa operates as a decentralized hardware wallet. Even if Beresa were to cease operations, you can recover your wallet using your mnemonic phrase in any decentralized wallet that adheres to the BIP 39 standard.
Important: Avoid importing Beresa's mnemonic phrase into software wallets unless in an emergency situation.
The Beresa wallet has PIN protection. After five consecutive incorrect PIN attempts, it resets to protect your tokens, ensuring your assets remain secure.
In the event of loss or theft, it's recommended to purchase a new wallet quickly and restore your token access using your seed phrases.
